Admission

 

a.         Admission Procedure

            Step 1. Fill out Registration Form.

            Step 2. Deposit Registration Fee of Rs.

            Step 3. Written Assessment test.

            Step 4. Interview with Parents.

            Results will be informed to the Parents within 7 working days, after the interview with the parents.

 

b.         Documents Required

            The documents required at the time of admission are :

            i. For Pre-Nursery / LKG / UKG-

            a. Birth Certificate.

            b. Photocopy of Adhar Card.

            c. Photographs

 

            ii. For classes I – IX & XI

            a. T.C. of the Previous School

            b. The copy of Report Card.

            c. Photocopy of the Adhar Card.

 

 

 

6.                                                                                 Fee

            1. School fees will be charged for 12 months from April to March of the academic year.

            2. Fees will be paid in advance for three months at the time of admission.

            3. Fee deposit slips should be kept carefully and produced if required.

            4. Fee instalments for the whole academic year is as under:-

                a. April + May + June

                b. July + Session Fee

                c. August + Examination Fee

                d. September

                e. October + November

                f. November - December + January + Practical Fee for stds. IX to XII only 

                g. December - February + March + Annual Sports Fee from Nursery to stds.XII

Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

Common Accessories: Tie, Belt, Black shoes, Brown socks, Identity card

            Boys:

Shirt : Light yellow coloured

Trousers: Brown coloured

Girls:

Skirt: Brown coloured

Days: Wednesday & Saturday

Common Accessorise: White shoes,  white shocks

And the other required accessories

CLASS: IX, X & XI

Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

Note: 1. House-wise dress code is a must for those students who are involved in game on the following days.

            Friday & Saturday

            2. All girls should keep their hair neatly tied and well secured with black pins and bands, while, having                         a neat pony, on all occasions.

            3. All girls should wear knee length skirts.

8.         Rules & Regulations

a.       Late comers will not be allowed to enter the school premises. The School gate will be closed 5 minutes before the School starts.

b.      It is compulsory for all the students to attend school assembly. If one is medically unfit he/she has to take permission from the Principal to sit in the class.

c.       No student at any time (even during PTMs) shall enter the school campus without proper school uniform.

d.      Students at all times should show respect, courtesy and be polite in their daily interaction with teachers, school staff and fellow students.

e.       Abusive language, rudeness or violence of any kind on the part of any student within school premises shall not be tolerated and may lead to strict punishment.

f.        Immorality, misbehaviour, grave insubordination, discourtesy or disrespect and contempt of authority ,violence of any kind or wilful damage to property are punishable actions and sufficient reason for dismissal. Damage of any kind will be penalised.

g.      No student shall be granted any leave without prior permission through a written application from his/her parent/guardian except in an emergency.

h.      If a student remains absent from the school ,without any intimation to school continuously for more than twenty days,his/her name will be struck off the rolls. A student thus struck off, may be re-admitted at the discretion of the Principal, on payment of full admission fee, arrears in full, provided the vacancy has not been filled up in the meantime.

i.        No student in the school will be allowed to leave the school during school hours . Only in exceptional cases, the Principal may at her/his discretion allow only parents to take their wards from the school.

j.        Parents should discourage their wards from remaining absent just before exams as attendance is compulsory for the students to appear in exams. Parents should also make sure that the students should not take leaves before and after holidays.
